The main function of the carbon black pellet machine is to make carbon black fine powder into round pellets. The pretreated carbon black fine powder is transported to the feeding device and evenly enters the molding system. In the molding system, the carbon black fine powder is gradually extruded into regular round pellets through specific molds and mechanical pressure. During the whole process, the equipment accurately controls the pressure and temperature to ensure the stability of the pellet quality.

Compared with carbon black fine powder, the granular carbon black produced has a regular shape and uniform particle size. During storage and transportation, the granular carbon black is widely used in the rubber and plastic industries as a reinforcing agent and color pigment.
